Can I request a specific driver?
Currently, the system matches you with the nearest available driver to ensure the fastest pickup time. You cannot "pre-book" a specific person.

Every Spinr driver has passed a police-issued Vulnerable Sector Check and a driver history abstract review. We also enforce strict vehicle inspections. You can share your trip status with friends directly from the app.
Can I bring my pet?
Service animals are always allowed by law. For non-service pets, it is up to the driver's discretion. We recommend chatting with the driver immediately after booking to ask.
What if I leave an item in the car?
Go to your "Trip History" in the app, select the trip, and click "I lost an item." This will connect you with the driver. If you cannot reach them, contact Spinr support immediately.
