What if a rider cancels? Do I get a fee?
Yes. If a rider cancels after you reach the pickup destination, you receive a flat cancellation fee. Since we are 0% commission, you keep the majority of this fee.
How do I accept ride requests?
Q: How do I accept ride requests? A: Go online and when a ride request appears: Review trip details. Tap "Accept." Navigate to the pickup location.
What if a rider doesn't show up?
Question: What if a rider doesn’t show up? Answer: After waiting for the required wait time, you may cancel the ride and mark it as "Rider No-Show." You may still be eligible for a partial fare.
