Does Spinr guarantee a minimum hourly wage?
No. You are an independent contractor. However, because we don't take a commission, your "per-ride" earnings are typically 25% higher than on competitor platforms.
Do I keep 100% of the tips?
Yes. 100% of tips go directly to you. Spinr never touches your tips.
Who pays for the credit card processing fees?
Standard credit card processing fees (approx 2.9%) are deducted by the payment processor. Spinr itself takes no commission fee.
Do you offer sign-up bonuses?
We invest in long-term earnings (0% commission) rather than short-term cash bonuses. A sign-up bonus is a one-time payment; 0% commission pays you more on every single trip, forever.
When do I get paid?

How to view your earnings
Objective Track your trip earnings in the Driver App. Procedure Open the Driver App. Open the Account menu. Tap “Earnings” in the main menu. View daily, weekly, or monthly reports. Tap individual trips for fare breakdowns.
Why was my fare reduced?
Symptoms Trip earnings are lower than expected. Resolution Review the trip breakdown in the app. Contact support if adjustments seem incorrect. Cause Fares may be adjusted due to route corrections or cancellation penalties.
